Katerina Baitinger Prioritizes Community Service, Education



Since earning her Ph.D. in American Literature, Culture, and Ideology, Katerina Baitinger has committed the focus of her career to improving higher education. Katerina Baitinger boasts extensive experience in education administration, working with institutions including Middlesex Community College, St. Joseph’s College, and New Jersey City University.

Throughout her administrative experience, Katerina Baitinger has worked for important figures at the university level including Vice President for Academic Affairs Acting Dean for the College of Business and Public Management, Academic Dean, and Assistant and Associate Academic Dean. By seeing the administrative side of things, Katerina Baitinger has gained a greater understanding of the necessities required for a top-notch education program.

These experiences inspired Katerina Baitinger to research, study, and examine the techniques and philosophies behind higher education. The results that Katerina Baitinger has found have been so detailed that she’s devoted multiple essays and articles to these topics. Katerina Baitinger has been published in highly esteemed journals, papers, and publications throughout the country.

When she isn’t working to improve the higher education system, Katerina Baitinger can often be found volunteering in the greater community. Katerina Baitinger has worked as a Miss Connecticut Organization Board Member and Volunteer. She’s also volunteered with programs and events such as Valley Shore Community Collaborative and the Healing Racism Coalition.
